Kinross Mental Health Outreach & Drop-in

Our Kinross High School Mental Health Outreach & Drop-in is available every Monday from 12pm-4pm.

Outreach

Our outreach sessions offer 1-2-1 support for pupils of Kinross High School who are in crisis and at risk of self-harm or suicide. You can be referred to our  1-2-1 outreach service through your guidance teacher – or by contacting The Lighthouse for Perth directly. Our outreach offers the following support:

  • One-to one crisis management support and planning
  • Develop coping mechanisms and harm reduction strategies
  • Learn about what’s happening to your brain with anxiety, panic attacks, and low mood
  • Give yourself the time and space to learn how to keep yourself safe, and healthy.

Drop-in

Our drop-in service is hosted every Monday KYTHE at 12pm-4pm. This service is available to anyone in Kinross aged 12+ – although you don’t need to be 12+ to access this service, parental/guardian permission is required. You can drop-in to this service as and when needed.

  • Signposting service we can help you find the right support
  • Information – we can help you get the right information about self-harm, suicide, or other mental health issues. Learn the importance of self-care in managing your mental health
  • Listening service – a safe space to chat about what’s going on

Crieff Mental Health Outreach & Drop-in

Our Crieff High School Mental Health Outreach & Drop-in is available every Friday from 12pm-4pm.

Outreach

Our outreach sessions offer 1-2-1 support for pupils of Strathearn Community Campus who are in crisis and at risk of self-harm or suicide. You can be referred to our  1-2-1 outreach service through your guidance teacher – or by contacting The Lighthouse for Perth directly. Our outreach offers the following support:

  • One-to one crisis management support and planning
  • Develop coping mechanisms and harm reduction strategies
  • Learn about what’s happening to your brain with anxiety, panic attacks, and low mood
  • Give yourself the time and space to learn how to keep yourself safe, and healthy.

Drop-in

Our drop-in service is hosted every Friday at Logos Crieff between 4pm-6pm. This service is available to anyone in Crieff aged 12+ – although you don’t need to be 12+ to access this service, parental/guardian permission is required. You can drop-in to this service as and when needed.
